Education/Profession: Diplomate of the American Board of
Surgery; Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
A practising General Surgeon also involved in educating
Surgical Residents and medical students.
I have no formal art education but have worked with a local
artist in oil painting for some years. I am entirely self-taught in soft
pastels and oil pastels. I especially like the fact that I can paint anywhere
in the world with my oil pastels and pack it in my carry on baggage without
fear of smudging.
